What is Disability Action Month?
Sporting Wheelies has created Disability Action Month to bring attention to the difficulties of living with a disability and to raise vital funds to support active lives.
When is Disability Action Month?
Disability Action Month kicks off on the 1 November and finishes on 8th December.
However, you can commence fundraising from 1 October and finish by 31st December.
Who can register to fundraise?
Anyone can. So get your school, business, sporting group or neighbours behind this initiative.
How can I get involved?
You can get involved in so many ways, like Registering, Donating or simply sharing us on your socials!
To register, click the ‘Register’ tab at the top right-hand side of the homepage. You will need to create an account by filling in our registration form.
To donate, click the 'Donate' tab at the top right-hand side of the home page. Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the person you wish to support.
Under our ‘Toolkit’ page, we have many downloadable Social Tiles ready to be posted to your social medias. (Don’t forget to tag us! @sportingwheelies)
What are the dates?
Disability Action Month is from the 1st December to the 22nd of December.
With registerations and fundraising open from 1st October and finishing 22nd December.
Is there a minimum fundraising amount?
There is no minimum amount of funds to be raised. There are however prizes for those that raise the highest amounts.
Is there a cost to register?
There is no cost to sign up, just jump online and register.
What happens once I register?
Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Our Fundraising Team are here to help you every step of the way. If you have any questions, email us at corporate@sportingwheelies.org.au

Can I invite others to register?
Absolutely! We want this event to be open to everyone. Disability Action Month is about taking action to make our world more inclusive.
How can I donate?
Looking for a colleague/friend who is registered? By clicking the 'Donate' tab at the top right-hand side of the home page, you will be taken to all of the fundraising pages. Simply search by first name or last name of the person you wish to support
